Employees can reschedule an upcoming 1:1 coaching session from the My Actions list. After rescheduling, the session appears on the new date and time you select.
Before You Begin
- Coaching must be enabled as an add-on for your account.
- You must have a 1:1 coaching session already scheduled. If none appears in My Actions, contact your admin.
Steps
- Go to My Actions in the left-hand navigation.
- Click Attend 1-on-1 Coaching Session in your actions list.
- Click Reschedule.
- Select a new date and time.
- Click Schedule session.
After clicking Schedule session, your session displays the updated date and time.
If Something Goes Wrong
| Issue | Check | Fix |

| Reschedule button is not available | Confirm your session is more than 24 hours away | Sessions cannot be rescheduled within 24 hours of the start time. Contact your coach directly to request a change. |
| No Attend 1-on-1 Coaching Session action appears | Confirm Coaching is enabled for your account | Contact your admin to verify your Coaching access. |
| Selected time slot is unavailable | Check whether the date is outside your coach's available windows | Select a different date or time from the options shown. |
