What 15Five employees can and cannot see
Check-ins
- Can see: Text of programmed questions, likes, and the identity of likers and commenters.
- Cannot see: Text of answers or comments, or any other user-entered data.
Performance Reviews (Best-Self Review®)
- Can see: Identity of review answer authors.
- Cannot see: Rating scale responses or the text of any answers.
Objectives
- Can see: Identity of objective and key result owners, tracking metrics, and completion data.
- Cannot see: Text of objectives or key results.
1-on-1s
- Can see: Identity of participants, commenters, talking point and action item authors, and action item assignees.
- Cannot see: Text of talking points, action items, notes, or any other user-entered content.
High Fives
- Can see: Identity of givers, receivers, likers, and commenters.
- Cannot see: High Five text or comment text.
Key Rules
- 15Five employees access customer accounts only to review administrative and configuration settings.
- All user-entered data is obfuscated at the system level — access to the account does not grant access to content.
- 15Five employees see the minimum information necessary to identify system issues.
