Change your password in 15Five

Use this article to update your 15Five account password. When complete, a confirmation message appears and your new password takes effect immediately.

Before You Begin

  • If your organization uses SSO and password login is disabled, the Password setting does not appear in your account. Contact your account admin to confirm whether password login is enabled for your account.

Steps

  1. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of 15Five.
  2. Select My settings from the dropdown menu.
  3. Scroll down to the Password section and click Change.
  4. Complete the Current password, New password, and Confirm new password fields.
  5. Click Change password.

If Something Goes Wrong

Issue Check Fix
Password section is not visible Confirm whether your organization uses SSO with password login disabled Contact your account admin — password changes must be managed through your SSO provider
"Current password is incorrect" error Verify you are entering the password you use to log in to 15Five today Re-enter your current password exactly; if forgotten, see Reset your 15Five password
"Password does not meet requirements" error Review the password requirements listed on the form Update your new password to meet the stated length and complexity rules, then click Change password again
