Use this article to initiate a password reset for your 15Five account. When complete, you will receive an email from notifications@15five.com with a link to set a new password.

Note: If your organization uses SSO and does not allow email/password login, you will not receive a password reset email. See Troubleshoot SSO and SAML login errors in 15Five for login instructions.

Before You Begin

  2. Click Forgot password?

  4. Click Reset password.

A confirmation message appears on screen. An email with the subject line "15Five Password Reset" will arrive from notifications@15five.com.

  1. Open the email and click the password reset link.
  2. Enter and confirm your new password.
  3. Click Save (or the equivalent confirmation button on the reset page).
