Control who can see the HR Outcomes Dashboard

Account Admins can configure which roles and individuals have access to the HR Outcomes Dashboard. When complete, only the roles and people you selected can view the dashboard.

Note: Managers can view limited, feature-specific reporting via their Dashboard tab but cannot access the HR Outcomes Dashboard unless explicitly granted access below.

Before You Begin

  • You must have the Account Admin role. HR Admins cannot modify these settings.
  • The HR Outcomes Dashboard must be enabled for your account. See Disable the HR Outcomes Dashboard if you need to verify this.

Steps

  1. Click the Settings gear icon in the bottom-left corner of 15Five.
  2. Select Features from the dropdown menu.
  3. Open the Outcomes & Manager Effectiveness section.
  4. Expand the Visibility section.
  5. Select the checkbox next to Account Admins to grant or remove their access.
  6. Select the checkbox next to HR Admins to grant or remove their access.
  7. Type a name or email address into the Include people field to grant access to additional individuals.
  8. Click Save.

The page refreshes without an error banner when your changes are saved.
