HR Admin Role Overview — Permissions and Feature Access

HR Admins have the broadest access level in 15Five — a superset of Account Admin permissions plus exclusive access to strategic HR features including the HR Outcomes Dashboard, demographic and high potential attributes, and full engagement reporting.

> Note: Only Account Admins can appoint HR Admins. If you need to grant or receive HR Admin access, see Account Admin capabilities in 15Five — Feature Overview.

Feature Structure

HR Admin access spans four capability areas:

  • HR Outcomes Dashboard — centralized metrics for engagement, performance, retention, and manager effectiveness
  • Engagement — full campaign creation, management, and results access
  • Performance Reviews — Review Admin permissions granted by default
  • Demographic and High Potential Attributes — sensitive people data for equity analysis and talent identification
