If Something Goes Wrong

|---|---|---|
| Edit Check-in button is not visible | Confirm your manager has not yet reviewed the Check-in | If reviewed, use Request to edit instead |
| Request to edit button is not visible | Confirm the Check-in is submitted, not still in draft | Submit the draft first, then return to request an edit |
| No approval email received | Check your spam or junk folder | Ask your manager to confirm they received and acted on the in-app notification |
| Resubmit button not available after approval | Confirm you opened the Check-in after receiving the approval email | Reload the page; approval must be complete before the button appears |
