Move a submitted Check-in to the prior period

Use this article if you submitted a Check-in for the wrong time period and need to move it back to the prior period. When complete, the Check-in appears under the correct prior period in your My Check-ins page.

Before You Begin

  • You must submit the Check-in for the wrong period before the Move to prior week button becomes available.
  • The prior period must not already contain a draft Check-in. See If Something Goes Wrong below.

Steps

  1. Click Check-ins in the left navigation to open My Check-ins.
  2. Open the Check-in drafted for the wrong time period.
  3. Complete and submit that Check-in.
  4. Reopen the Check-in you just submitted.
  5. Click Move to prior week on the right side of the page, below your manager's information.
Warning: This action cannot be undone once completed.

What Success Looks Like

The Check-in moves out of the current period and appears under the prior period in My Check-ins.

If Something Goes Wrong

Issue Check Fix
Move to prior week button is not visible Confirm the Check-in has been submitted, not saved as a draft Submit the Check-in, then return to it — the button appears after submission
Move to prior week button is disabled or unavailable Check whether the prior period already contains a draft Check-in Delete or discard the draft in the prior period, then retry
