Review and approve a succession nomination

Approve pending succession nominations and edit existing nominations to keep candidate details current.

Approve a nomination

  1. Go to Growth Studio > Nominations > Succession.
  1. Click a nomination with pending approval.
  1. Review nomination details and answer template questions.
  1. Click Approve.

Confirmation: The nomination status updates to Approved.

Edit a nomination

  1. Go to Growth Studio > Nominations > Succession.
  1. Click a nomination.
  1. Click Edit nomination.
  1. Update details.
  2. Click Done.

Confirmation: The nomination reflects your edits.

If Something Goes Wrong

Issue Check Fix
Approve button not visible You may not be an assigned approver Ask the nomination creator to add you as an approver
Template questions missing The nomination may use auto-approval No action needed; auto-approved nominations skip template questions
Edit button not visible The nomination may be in a locked state Contact your account admin to check nomination permissions
