This article covers how to request and access 15Five's SOC 2 report through the 15Five Trust Center. When your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation and the report will become available to view or download.
Before You Begin
- The Trust Center is publicly accessible — no 15Five login is required.
- Access to the SOC 2 report requires submitting a request. Approval is not instant.
Steps
- Go to trust.15five.com.
- Click Documents in the navigation menu.
- Locate SOC 2 Report in the document list.
- Click Get Access next to the SOC 2 Report.
- Complete the request form and submit it.
When your request is approved, you will receive an email with a link to access the report. Opening that link displays the report in the Trust Center viewer or initiates a download, depending on the document format.
If Something Goes Wrong
| Issue | Check | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| No approval email received after submitting the request | Check your spam or junk folder for an email from the Trust Center | If not found after 2 business days, resubmit the request at trust.15five.com or contact Contact the 15Five Support Team |
| Get Access button does not appear | Confirm you are viewing the Documents section, not the homepage | Navigate directly to trust.15five.com and select Documents from the navigation menu |
| Access link in the approval email is expired or broken | Click the link — if it returns an error page, the link has expired | Resubmit the access request at trust.15five.com to receive a new link |
| Request form will not submit | Check that all required fields are completed | Fill in all marked required fields and click the submit button again |
Not Covered Here
This article does not cover questions about the SOC 2 audit scope, NDA requirements, or other Trust Center documents such as penetration test summaries or data protection policies — contact Contact the 15Five Support Team for those inquiries.
