Access 15Five's SOC 2 Report

This article covers how to request and access 15Five's SOC 2 report through the 15Five Trust Center. When your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation and the report will become available to view or download.

Before You Begin

  • The Trust Center is publicly accessible — no 15Five login is required.
  • Access to the SOC 2 report requires submitting a request. Approval is not instant.

Steps

  1. Go to trust.15five.com.
  2. Click Documents in the navigation menu.
  3. Locate SOC 2 Report in the document list.
  4. Click Get Access next to the SOC 2 Report.
  5. Complete the request form and submit it.

When your request is approved, you will receive an email with a link to access the report. Opening that link displays the report in the Trust Center viewer or initiates a download, depending on the document format.
