If Something Goes Wrong
| Issue | Check | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Edit or Delete option does not appear when clicking an action | Confirm you are the creator of the action, not just a viewer | Only actions you created show Edit and Delete options — open the Manage actions tab, not the main Actions list |
| Manage actions tab is not visible | Confirm your account has the Manage actions permission | Contact your account admin to enable the Manage actions permission |
| Pressing Enter does not save changes | Confirm the edit form fields are not empty or invalid | Correct any required fields, then press Enter again |
| Deleted action still appears in recipient's Actions List | Page may not have refreshed after deletion | Reload the page and confirm the deletion notification appeared before reloading |
