Use this article to configure a 1-on-1 agenda to generate automatically on a recurring cadence in 15Five. When complete, the 1-on-1 Settings box in your agenda displays the saved repeat schedule.
Before You Begin
- The Google Calendar integration must be disconnected before you can set up recurring 1-on-1s in 15Five. See Can I set up recurring 1-on-1s with the Google Calendar integration? for details.
- You must have an existing 1-on-1 relationship with the person. See Schedule a 1-on-1 meeting if you have not yet scheduled one.
Steps
- Go to 1-on-1s in the left navigation.
- Click the name of the person you want to meet with.
- Click Schedule 1-on-1 in the 1-on-1 Settings box.
- Select a date for the next 1-on-1.
- Under Recurring 1-on-1s, select Repeats.
- Select a cadence — how often and on which day the 1-on-1 should repeat.
- Click Save.
The 1-on-1 Settings box updates to show the saved repeat schedule. A new 1-on-1 agenda is generated automatically at the cadence you selected.
