Schedule a 1-on-1 meeting (without Google Calendar)

Schedule a 1-on-1 meeting without Google Calendar by setting a date and optionally configuring a recurring cadence. When complete, the scheduled date appears in the 1-on-1 Settings section of your agenda.

Before You Begin

Steps

  1. Go to 1-on-1s in the left-hand navigation.
  2. Click the name of the person you want to meet with.
  3. Click Schedule 1-on-1 in the 1-on-1 Settings box (top-right corner of the page).
  4. Select a date using the This 1-on-1 is scheduled for field.
  5. Under Recurring 1-on-1s, select Repeats or Does not repeat:

- Repeats — the 1-on-1 recurs automatically (continue to steps 6–8) - Does not repeat — skip to step 9

  1. Select how often the 1-on-1 repeats (e.g., weekly, biweekly).
  2. Select the day on which a new 1-on-1 agenda is generated.
  3. Create a recurring event in your calendar app and invite the other participant.

> Note: Add a static link to your 1-on-1 agenda in the calendar invite so both participants can access the current agenda directly from the event.

  1. Click Save.

What Success Looks Like

The scheduled date appears in the 1-on-1 Settings section of the agenda. This confirms the meeting is scheduled.

To reschedule at any time, click Reschedule 1-on-1 in the 1-on-1 Settings section.
