Send nudges to review timeline participants

Admins, review admins, cycle collaborators, and managers can send bulk nudge emails to all participants who have not completed a specific review timeline action.

> Note: Your organization may have renamed this feature. If you don't see "Reviews" in your navigation, check with your admin for the name used in your account.

Before You Begin

  • You must have the Review Admin, Cycle Collaborator, or Manager role. Managers can nudge their direct reports only; Review Admins and Cycle Collaborators can nudge anyone in the cycle.
  • The review cycle must be active (not locked or closed).
  • To send nudges to a single participant instead, see Send a nudge to an individual review timeline participant.

Steps

  1. Go to Reviews in the left-hand navigation.
  2. Click the name of the cycle under Active review cycles.
  3. On the Overview tab, scroll down to the Progress tracker section.
  4. Click Review timeline to expand the timeline actions list.
  5. Click ... to the right of the timeline action you want to nudge.
  6. Select Nudge from the dropdown menu.
  7. In the popup, type an optional personal message.
  8. Click Send nudge email.

The popup closes and nudge emails are sent immediately to all participants who have not completed that timeline action.
