Account admins and direct managers can view the 1-on-1s dashboard to see usage statistics across people and teams. When complete, you will see the 1-on-1s Metrics report with activity data filtered to your specifications.
Before You Begin
- You must have access to the 1-on-1s feature. See 1-on-1 permissions and visibility — what each role can see and do for details.
- This dashboard is available on the Perform, Legacy Focus, and Total Platform pricing packages only.
Steps
- Click Insights Dashboard or Reports in the left-hand navigation.
- Insights Dashboard appears on Perform and Total Platform plans. - Reports appears on Legacy Focus plans.
- Click the Reports tab in the top navigation.
- Click Explore in the 1-on-1s box.
- Apply filters at the top of the dashboard to narrow the data.
- Leave all filters blank to see data for all users.
- Click an option on the left side of the graph to change the view:
- Overall 1-on-1 rate — all 1-on-1 activity combined - 1-on-1s with direct managers — meetings between direct reports and their managers - 1-on-1s with others — meetings outside the direct reporting relationship (appears only if your organization has the 1-on-1s with anyone feature enabled) > Hover over an option name to see how it is calculated.
- Scroll to the bottom of the dashboard to view the Individual metrics and Group metrics widgets.
- Click See full report under any widget to open the 1-on-1s Metrics report.
- Click a column header arrow to sort report data by that column.
- Click Download to export the report data as a CSV.
When complete: The 1-on-1s Metrics report displays rows for each person or group, including columns for Name, Total 1-on-1s, 1-on-1s with others, and % of talking points completed.
If Something Goes Wrong
