View and filter the High Fives feed

Use the High Fives feed to view all public High Fives given and received across your organization, filter by person or time period, and download a report of the results.

Note: The High Fives feed does not display private High Fives unless you were a sender or recipient.

Before You Begin

  • Your account must have the High Fives feature enabled. High Fives is available on the Perform, Legacy Focus, and Total Platform packages.

Steps

  1. Go to High Fives in the left-hand navigation.
  2. Apply filters at the top of the feed to narrow results:

- People — Company-wide, Group, or Individual - Time period — All time, Last week, Last month, Last 3 months, Last 6 months, Last 12 months, or Custom - High Fives — All High Fives, High Fives received by, or High Fives given by - Hashtag — Options reflect company values configured for your organization

  1. Click Download in the top-right corner to export the filtered results as a report.

The downloaded report includes the following columns:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Employee email
  • Employee ID
  • Location
  • Job title
  • Job description
  • Due day
  • Timezone
  • Active groups
  • Strengths
  • Manager first name
  • Manager last name
  • Manager email
  • Date submitted
  • Date submitted (ISO)
  • High five
  • Creator
  • Company Values

What success looks like: The feed displays High Fives matching your selected filters. After clicking Download, a CSV file downloads to your device containing only the filtered results.

If Something Goes Wrong

Issue Check Fix
High Five not visible in the feed Confirm the High Five was not sent as private Private High Fives are not visible to users who were not the sender or recipient — no action available
Hashtag filter shows no options Confirm company values have been configured in account settings Ask your admin to add company values in account settings
Download produces an empty file Confirm at least one High Five matches the active filters Adjust filters to broaden results, then click Download again
