Employees can attach a company value hashtag to a High Five to connect recognition to the organization's core principles. When complete, the hashtag appears as a linked tag on the submitted High Five in the feed.
Before You Begin
An account admin must add company values to 15Five and enable the Enable hashtags in High Fives setting before this option appears. See .
Steps
- Click High Fives in the left-hand navigation.
- Click the Give a High Five text box at the top of the page.
- Type your High Five message.
- Type the # symbol anywhere in the message.
- Select your desired company value from the dropdown that appears.
- Click High Five!
The submitted High Five displays the company value as a linked hashtag in the feed.
If Something Goes Wrong

Note: To view all High Fives tagged with a specific value, click the linked hashtag on any High Five in the feed, or use the Hashtag filter at the top of the High Fives Dashboard.
