Remove a review answer from shared results

Admins and managers can remove a peer, upward, or manager review answer from a participant's shared results. The answer remains visible to review admins but is hidden from the participant when results are shared.

> Note: Your organization may have renamed this feature. If you don't see "Reviews" in your navigation, check with your admin for the name used in your account.

Before You Begin

  • Your account's Release peer and upward feedback setting must permit your role to remove answers directly. If it does not, use instead.
  • You must have access to review results. See .

Steps

  1. Go to Reviews > Review Cycles.
  2. Click the name of the review cycle.
  3. In the Filters section, search for the participant's name.
  4. Click the participant's name in the Cycle Participants section.
  5. Click the Summary tab.
  6. Locate the answer you want to remove.
  7. Click the ... icon to the right of the answer.
  8. Select Remove from shared results.

The answer immediately moves to a red-highlighted state with the label Private to review admins. The review writer receives an email notification: "A [peer/upward/manager] review answer was removed by [name]."
