Unshare a participant's review results

Admins, cycle collaborators, and managers can unshare a participant's review results after they have been shared but before they have been finalized. When complete, the participant loses access to their results and receives an email notification.

Before You Begin

  • The review cycle's end date must not have passed. If it has, a review admin or cycle collaborator must extend the end date first. See Extend a review cycle for instructions.
  • This task applies only when results have been shared but not yet finalized. To reopen a finalized review, see .

Steps

  1. Go to Reviews in the left-hand navigation bar.
  2. Click the name of the review cycle containing the participant.
  3. Scroll to the Cycle participants section and click the participant's name.
  4. Click the Summary tab.
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
  6. Click Unshare.
  7. Review the prompt confirming the participant will lose access to results and will receive an email notification.
  8. Click Unshare to confirm.

What Completion Looks Like

After confirming, the participant can no longer view their review results. The participant, their manager, review admins, and cycle collaborators each receive a notification that the results were unshared. The Unshare button is no longer visible on the participant's Summary tab.
