Give a High Five while reviewing a Check-in

Managers can give a direct report a High Five while reviewing that person's Check-in. When complete, the High Five appears in the High Fives feed and is visible to the recipient.

Before You Begin

Steps

  1. Go to Check-ins in the left-hand navigation.
  2. Click the Team's tab.
  3. Click a direct report's name to open their Check-in.
  4. Scroll down to the High Fives section.
  5. Type your message in the Give [Name] a High Five text field.
  6. Click Mark as reviewed at the bottom of the Check-in.

> Note: The High Five is not sent until you click Mark as reviewed. See [When is a High Five sent during a Check-in review?] for details.
