Managers can give a direct report a High Five while reviewing that person's Check-in. When complete, the High Five appears in the High Fives feed and is visible to the recipient.
Before You Begin
- You must have access to Check-ins. See Configure Check-in access and frequency settings if you do not see Check-ins in your navigation.
Steps
- Go to Check-ins in the left-hand navigation.
- Click the Team's tab.
- Click a direct report's name to open their Check-in.
- Scroll down to the High Fives section.
- Type your message in the Give [Name] a High Five text field.
- Click Mark as reviewed at the bottom of the Check-in.
> Note: The High Five is not sent until you click Mark as reviewed. See [When is a High Five sent during a Check-in review?] for details.
