Use the Manager Summary Report to Prioritize Manager Support

The Manager Summary Report surfaces managers who need support by combining engagement results, MEI scores, performance data, and recent enablement activity into a single prioritized view.

Before You Begin

  • You must have access to the HR Outcomes Dashboard.
  • Your organization must be on the Perform or Total Platform pricing package.
  • At least one Manager Effectiveness Review Cycle or Engagement Survey must have run to populate meaningful data.

Steps

  1. Click Insights Dashboard in the left-hand navigation.
  2. Click the Manager Effectiveness tab at the top of the page.
  3. Click the ME Indicator tab at the top of the page.
  4. Locate and click the Manager Summary Report link on the page.
  5. Use the Urgency filter to narrow the Manager Table by support priority level.
  6. Select High, Medium, or Low to display managers at that urgency level.
  7. Use the People filters to narrow results by outcomes, groups, or attributes.
  8. Review the Manager Table to see each manager's name, MEI score, urgency level, and risk areas.
  9. Read the AI summary column to understand why each risk area was flagged.
  10. Click the arrow to the right of a manager's name to open their Manager Details Panel.
  11. Review Performance data — designation and number of top or low performers on the team.
  12. Review Engagement data — the lowest-scoring engagement driver from the most recent campaign.
  13. Review Team data — team size signals that may affect manager effectiveness.
  14. Review Effectiveness data — the manager's overall effectiveness highlights from the panel.

If Something Goes Wrong

Issue Check Fix
Manager Table shows no results after filtering Urgency and People filters may be too restrictive Clear one filter at a time to identify which is excluding all results
Manager Details Panel is empty or incomplete Manager may lack sufficient assessment data Confirm a Manager Effectiveness Review Cycle or Engagement Survey has been completed for that manager's team
MEI score missing for a manager No assessment data exists for that manager Run a Manager Effectiveness assessment that includes this manager; historical platform usage data does not always populate a score
Risk areas column is blank AI analysis may not have enough signals Check that engagement, performance, and turnover data are connected in your HR Outcomes Dashboard configuration
