The AI Coach Insights Report surfaces data from 15Five's AI Coach, Kona, to show how managers are demonstrating specific leadership behaviors. Use this report to identify coaching opportunities and validate manager development efforts.
Before You Begin
- You must have access to the HR Outcomes Dashboard.
- Your organization must use 15Five's AI Coach (Kona). Without Kona data, this report will not populate.
- This feature is available on Perform and Total Platform pricing packages.
Steps
- Click Insights Dashboard in the left-hand navigation.
- Open the Manager Effectiveness tab at the top of the page.
- Click the AI Coach Insights tab.
- Review the Competency Scores section to see how managers score across leadership competencies.
- Click a competency name to expand its behavior indicators.
- Review each behavior indicator to see how frequently managers demonstrate that behavior.
- Locate the Quality Score column to assess the effectiveness of coaching interactions.
- Click a manager's name to open their individual detail panel.
- Review that manager's competency scores and behavior indicators in the side panel.
- Use the filters at the top of the report to narrow results by group, department, or manager level.
If Something Goes Wrong

| Quality Score column is not visible | Confirm your HR Outcomes Dashboard configuration includes AI Coach data | Contact your 15Five administrator to review dashboard configuration |
| Filter options do not reflect your org structure | Check that your org data in 15Five is current | Update org structure in Settings, then return to the report |
