Amaya: Overview

Amaya is 15Five's AI assistant, available to HR Admins. It answers natural-language questions and surfaces insights using your organization's 15Five data. Amaya and the Insights Dashboard are two interfaces to the same diagnostic intelligence layer. See When should I use Amaya vs. the Insights Dashboard? for guidance on when to use each.

Key Rules

• Amaya is available to HR Admins only on the Perform and Total Platform pricing packages.
• Amaya requires 15Five AI Features to be enabled.
• Amaya draws on data within your 15Five account, 15Five Help Center content, and any files you attach to a conversation. It does not access other external sources.
• Interactions with Amaya are subject to 15Five's standard data privacy and retention policies.
