The 15Five app for Microsoft Teams brings 1-on-1 management and 15Five notifications into Teams so users can prepare for meetings and stay on top of activity without leaving Teams. It is installed per user from the Microsoft Teams app store and links automatically to a 15Five account by matching email addresses. The app is the modern replacement for the legacy Microsoft Teams integration.

New customers should connect the 15Five AI for Microsoft Teams app and the MS Teams integration for Agents. The legacy integration is only needed if your organization previously used the High Fives tab in Teams.

Feature Structure
The app is available in the Microsoft Teams app store. Once installed, it opens a personal bot chat and a Home tab.
Home Tab
The Home tab is the primary surface of the app. It displays two lists:

Inside an open 1-on-1, users can add talking points, add action items, mark items complete, and open the full 1-on-1 in 15Five via a direct link. All changes sync back to 15Five.
Bot Notifications
The 15Five AI bot delivers 15Five notifications directly to the user's personal chat with the app.
Account Linking
Linking happens automatically the first time a user opens the Home tab. The app reads the user's Microsoft Teams email and looks for an exact match in 15Five. No separate sign-in to 15Five is required. If the emails match, the bot sends a confirmation message and the account is linked.
Key Rules
- The Microsoft Teams email and the 15Five account email must match exactly, linking is automatic only when a single exact match is found.
- A Microsoft Teams admin must allow the app in the tenant before any user can install it.
- If a user switches Microsoft accounts, the app must be reinstalled under the new account to re-establish the link.
- Duplicate 15Five user records with the same email will prevent linking. Contact Support to resolve.
- The 15Five AI app does not include High Fives. If your organization uses High Fives in Teams, the legacy integration is still required for that feature.
