Nominate peers for my team

Peer reviews within a Best-Self Review® cycle are reviews in which nominated peers are asked to review their teammates. Once a review cycle launches, participants and Review admins/Cycle collaborators can nominate peers to review them. Managers can also nominate peers for review cycle participants. In this article, we'll walk Managers in review cycles through how to nominate peers for their teammates.

Note

This article is only relevant for review cycles that include participant-initiated peer reviews. If the steps below do not seem to match what you are seeing in-app, your company may have opted for peer-initiated peer reviews. Nominate peers for a review cycle participant

  1. Click on Best-Self Review® in the left-hand navigation bar.

  2. Open the review cycle you want to nominate peer reviewers for.

  3. Click to open the 'Peer nominations' tab at the top of the page.

  4. You'll land on the "Manage peers for your team" page.

  5. Click Add peer to the right of the participant you want to nominate peers for.

  6. A screen will pop up that allows you to add peers on a participant's behalf. Choose the names of the people you want to nominate as peers, then click Confirm.

  7. Nominated peers will receive an email from notifications@15five.com titled, "You’ve been nominated to review [participant]."
