Review admins and Cycle collaborators can monitor peer nomination statuses from the Peer nominations tab in a review cycle. When complete, each participant will show nominated peers with a status icon indicating where their nomination stands.
Note: Your organization may have renamed this feature. If you don't see Reviews in your navigation, check with your admin for the name used in your account.
Before You Begin
- You must be a Review admin or Cycle collaborator to view all participants' peer nominations. Managers can view only their direct reports unless the Everyone's Peers tab is accessible in their cycle.
- Required access: Perform or Total Platform pricing package.
Steps
- Go to Reviews in the left-hand navigation.
- Click the review cycle you want to check.
- Click the Peer nominations tab.
- Click the Everyone's Peers tab.
- This tab is visible to Review admins and Cycle collaborators. Managers land on Manage peers for your team by default and must click Everyone's Peers to see all participants.
- Use the search bar to find the participant you want to check.
- Hover over a nominated peer's avatar to see their status.
Possible statuses are:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Accepted | The peer accepted the nomination and is responsible for writing a peer review. |
| Declined | The nomination was declined by the nominated peer or denied by an approver. The nomination can be removed so another peer can be nominated. |
| Pending approval | The peer was nominated but has not yet been approved by a manager, Review admin, or Cycle collaborator. |
| Pending approval (with warning) | Same as Pending approval, but the nominated peer has been nominated more than five times across the cycle. |
| Awaiting peer response | The nomination was approved but the peer has not yet accepted or declined. See Nudge a person to respond to a peer nomination to prompt a response. |

If Something Goes Wrong
