Access and Submit an Additional Manager Review

Use these steps to navigate to an assigned participant's review, write your feedback, and submit it. Your draft saves automatically, so you can return at any point before submitting.

Before You Begin

  • You must be assigned as an additional manager for the participant in this review cycle.
  • The Submit option is unavailable until the participant submits their self review or the self review deadline passes.

  1. Click Reviews in the left-hand navigation.
  2. Click the review cycle name to open the Cycle Overview page.
  3. Locate the participant in the Cycle Participants section.
  4. Click the three dots to the right of their name.
  5. Select View from the dropdown menu.
  6. Click the Additional manager tab at the top of the review page.
  7. Enter your feedback in each answer field.
  8. (Optional) Click Summarize data in the top-right corner to open the 15Five AI widget.
  9. (Optional) Click Draft an Answer inside any answer field to generate an AI-powered draft.
  10. (Optional) Open the Resources for reviews section to view High Fives, Wins & Challenges, Objectives, Past Check-ins, and Past Reviews.
  11. (Optional) Review already-submitted feedback using the review tabs at the top of the page.
  12. Click Submit at the bottom of the review when finished.

  1. Navigate back to the participant's review.
