What cycle collaborators can do in a performance review cycle

Feature Structure

Cycle collaborators have most of the same permissions as review admins, with the following differences:

Key Rules

  • Cycle collaborators cannot create review cycles from scratch, edit question templates, or delete review cycles.
  • Cycle collaborators can only lock or unlock review cycles that are assigned to them.
  • Locking a cycle prevents further submissions or edits. Lock only after all reviews are complete and summary meetings are finished.
  • Once results are shared, submitted reviews cannot be edited. To allow edits, unshare results first, then re-share the updated review.
  • Peer nomination management applies only to review cycles that include peer reviews.
