Note: Your organization may have renamed this feature. If you don't see "Performance Reviews" in your navigation, check with your admin for the name used in your account.
The Resources for Your Review panel gives you access to reference data — including High Fives, Objectives, Past Check-ins, and more — while writing a review. When complete, the panel is open on the right side of your screen and populated with resources for the person being reviewed.
Before You Begin
- You must have an active review cycle with at least one review assigned to you.
- This feature is available on the Perform and Total Platform pricing packages.
Steps
- Go to Reviews in the left-hand navigation.
- Click the name of the review cycle you want to write a review in.
- Click the Write reviews tab at the top of the page.
- In the Reviews section on the left side, click the review you want to write.
- Click View resources at the bottom of the Review details section.
- In the Resources for your review panel that opens on the right, use the dropdown to select a specific resource.
What You Should See
The Resources for your review panel is visible on the right side of the screen. The dropdown is populated with the resource types available for that review. Selecting a resource displays its content inline in the panel.
