Add a follower to your Check-ins

Add a follower to your Check-ins so another person can view and interact with your submissions. When added, the follower immediately gains access to all submitted Check-ins — including past submissions — and receives a notification each time you submit a new one.

Before You Begin

Add a Follower

  1. Click the Settings gear icon in the bottom-left corner of your 15Five account.
  2. Select My settings from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click the Check-in visibility tab at the top of the page.
  4. Click the Followers box to display your current followers list.
  5. Click Add Followers.
  6. Find the teammate you want to add.
  7. Click Add Follower to the right of their name.

What success looks like: The person's name appears in your Followers list immediately. No acceptance is required from the follower — they have access as soon as you add them.

Remove a Follower

  1. Click the Settings gear icon in the bottom-left corner of your 15Five account.
  2. Select My settings from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click the Check-in visibility tab at the top of the page.
  4. Click the Followers box to display your current followers list.
  5. Click Remove Follower to the right of the person you want to remove.

What success looks like: The person's name no longer appears in your Followers list.
