Add engagement survey emails, IP addresses, and URLs to your allowlist

Admins and IT teams can add the following email addresses, IP addresses, and URLs to their organization's allowlist so that engagement survey invitations reach participants' inboxes and survey links are accessible.

When complete, participants receive survey invitations in their inbox rather than spam, and survey URLs load without being blocked.

Before You Begin

  • You must have access to Engagement. This feature is available on the Engage, Legacy Perform, and Total Platform packages.
  • Allowlist changes must be made by your IT team inside your organization's email platform or network firewall — not inside 15Five.

Emails and IP addresses to allowlist

Provide your IT team with the following sending addresses and partner domain to add to your email allowlist.

Email addresses:

  • surveys@15five.com
  • support@15five.com
  • *.15five.com

IP addresses (required only if your email service uses IP-level allowlisting):

IP Address Hostname
192.174.93.53 mta-93-53.sparkpostmail.com
192.174.93.52 mta-93-52.sparkpostmail.com
147.253.223.127 mta-223-127.sparkpostmail.com
147.253.223.126 mta-223-126.sparkpostmail.com

Note: The Microsoft Office 365 link in the original article pointed to a non-official domain. An official Microsoft source for Office 365 domain allowlisting should be verified by a 15Five SME before this article is published.

URLs to allowlist

If employees access surveys from computers with restricted internet access, provide your IT team with the following URLs to allowlist. Add both http and https variants for each.

  • amazontrust.com/*
  • fonts.googleapis.com/*
  • .ss2.us/
