Open an existing custom survey to rename it, reorganize its sections, or update its questions. All changes save automatically as you work.
Before You Begin
- The survey must not have been used in a campaign. Surveys used in a campaign are locked and cannot be edited.
- You must have access to Engagement Survey Templates.
Steps
- Click Surveys in the left-hand navigation, then select Engagement.
- Open the Survey templates tab.
- Find the survey you want to edit, then click Edit.
- To rename the survey, click the survey name field and type a new name.
- To add a section, click Add section.
- To edit a section title or description, click directly on the section title or description text.
- To delete a section, click the delete icon next to the section title.
- To reorder sections, click the up or down arrows next to the section name.
- To add a question, click Add question inside the target section.
- To reorder questions, drag the six-dot handle next to the question to a new position.
- To delete a question, click the delete icon next to the question.
Your changes save automatically. No additional save action is required.
