Admins can set a default industry benchmark to compare engagement campaign results against organizations in the same industry. When saved, the selected industry appears as the default benchmark in engagement campaign results.
Before You Begin
- You must have Account Admin or HR Admin access to Company Settings.
- This feature is available on the Engage, Legacy Perform, and Total Platform pricing packages.
Steps
- Go to Settings > Company settings.
- Click the Company info tab.
- Scroll to the Company details section and click to expand it.
- Select the industry category that most closely matches your organization from the Industry dropdown.
- Click Save.
What to Expect After Saving
The selected industry appears as the default Benchmark Group in your engagement campaign results. You can change this selection at any time by repeating the steps above.
If Something Goes Wrong
