Analyze engagement results using the Statements tab (Limited Access Leader)

The Statements tab shows how survey participants responded to each survey statement. It also contains the Predictive Impact Model, which predicts how much specific statements affect engagement scores.

Before You Begin

Steps

  1. Click Surveys in the left-hand navigation.
  2. Click View results to the right of the campaign you want to analyze.
  3. Click the Statements tab on the campaign results page.
  4. Use the filters at the top of the page to select a group you have results access for.
  5. Review the response distribution for each statement.
  6. Locate the Predictive Impact Model section within the tab.
  7. Read the predictive impact score for each listed statement.
  8. Identify statements with the highest predictive impact scores to prioritize action.

Reading the Statements Tab

Response distribution shows the breakdown of how participants responded to each individual survey statement. Each bar reflects the proportion of responses across the rating scale.

Predictive Impact Model uses machine learning to calculate how much a specific statement affects your overall engagement score. A higher predictive impact score means improving that area will produce a larger positive change in engagement.

If Something Goes Wrong

Issue Check Fix
No data appears on the Statements tab Confirm a group is selected in the filters Select a group you have been assigned results access for; company-wide Statements data may not be available with limited access
Predictive Impact Model section is missing Confirm the campaign is fully closed Scores generate only after a campaign closes; contact your HR admin if the campaign status is unclear
Response distribution shows no responses Check participation rate on the Summary tab Low participation in a specific group can suppress displayed results; contact your HR admin about confidentiality thresholds
