Analyze engagement results using the Summary tab (Limited Access Leader)

The Summary tab gives you an at-a-glance view of your team's engagement results after a survey closes. You can read your engagement score, see how it compares to the last survey, and identify recommended actions to take.

Before You Begin

You must have results access for at least one group, or limited company-wide access, to view the Summary tab. Navigate to the campaign results page before starting. See Access and navigate engagement survey results as a Limited Access Leader if you haven't done this yet.

Steps

  1. On the Campaign summary page, click the Summary tab.
  2. Locate the engagement score graphic in the top-left corner of the tab.
  3. Read your Engagement Score — this reflects three dimensions: Force, Feeling, and Focus.
  4. Read your Engagement Level — this shows which category your score falls into (see level definitions below).
  5. Read your Engagement Percentile — this shows how your score ranks against all companies in the 15Five dataset over the past 12 months.
  6. Click Explain this score to open a guided breakdown of the score's calculation and methodology.
  7. Scroll to the Compared to last survey section.
  8. Review changes in Engagement Score, Engagement Percentile, and Participation since your last survey.
  9. Scroll to the Improve section under Areas to improve and celebrate.
  10. Review the AI-generated list of areas where your team has room to grow.
  11. Review the Celebrate section for areas of recognized achievement.
  12. Scroll to Recommended areas for action.
  13. Review each recommendation — each displays a predictive impact score, target audience, and relevant engagement driver(s).
  14. Click Draft Action Plan on a recommendation to begin launching a targeted action.
  15. Follow the modal prompts to complete the Action Plan setup.
