This article explains how to open engagement survey results and navigate the five reporting tabs available to Limited Access Leaders after a survey closes.
Before You Begin
- Your account must include the Engage or Total Platform package.
- An admin must have granted you Limited Access Leader results access for at least one group. See How to assign an administrative role for engagement campaigns.
- At least one engagement campaign must have closed.
Steps
- Go to Surveys in the left-hand navigation.
- Click View results to the right of the campaign you want to review.
- To switch campaigns, click the campaign name at the top and select a different campaign from the dropdown.
- Use the filters at the top of the page to select a group or view company-wide results.
Note: You can select only groups you have been granted access to. If no group is selected, company-wide results display — but your visibility into company-wide data is limited. See Analyze engagement results using the Summary tab (Limited Access Leader).
- Review the five tabs available on the Campaign summary page:
- Summary — overview of key metrics and AI-generated Action Plan recommendations - Engagement — engagement score distribution and trend over time - Statements — response distributions for individual survey statements - eNPS — breakdown of employee Net Promoter Score responses - Feedback — qualitative comments submitted by survey participants
What Success Looks Like
The Campaign summary page loads with your assigned group's results displayed. All five tabs are visible and selectable. If a tab shows no data, see How does engagement survey confidentiality work in 15Five?.
If Something Goes Wrong
| Issue | Check | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| View results button is not visible next to a campaign | Confirm the campaign has closed | Results are not available until a campaign closes — no action required until close date |
| No groups appear in the filter dropdown | Confirm an admin has granted you results access for at least one group | Ask your admin to assign group results access — see How to assign an administrative role for engagement campaigns |
| A tab displays no data after selecting a group | Group may not meet the confidentiality threshold | See How does engagement survey confidentiality work in 15Five? |
| Company-wide results show only partial data | Limited Access Leaders have restricted visibility into company-wide metrics by design | See Analyze engagement results using the Summary tab (Limited Access Leader) for the full list of visible data points |
