Analyze Performance Designation Data in the HR Outcomes Dashboard

The Performance data insight details page breaks down employee performance designations by department, manager, and tenure. Use this page to identify concentration of top, mid, or bottom performers across segments and surface trends that inform talent decisions.

Before You Begin

  • You must have access to the HR Outcomes Dashboard.
  • At least one review cycle must be configured in the Performance section of your HR Outcomes Dashboard settings. Without this, the Performance Scorecard will not display designation data.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the HR Outcomes Dashboard.
  2. Locate the Performance tile on the dashboard.
  3. Click Explore this data on the Performance Scorecard.
  4. Review the breakdown table showing employees labeled Top, Mid, or Bottom Performer.
  5. Locate the filter controls at the top of the details page.
  6. Click the Group filter to segment data by department or team.
  7. Click the Demographics filter to segment by tenure, role, or other employee attributes.
  8. Click the Outcome Metrics filter to layer in additional performance or engagement context.
  9. Compare designation distributions across the segments visible in the table.
  10. Identify departments, managers, or tenure bands with outlier concentrations of bottom or top performers.
