View the Compensation Fairness Insight in the HR Outcomes Dashboard

The Compensation Fairness insight shows how employees perceive pay equity, segmented by market rate category. Navigating to it takes under a minute once prerequisites are met.

Before You Begin

  • Your account must include the Compensation add-on.
  • At least one compensation review cycle must be completed in 15Five.
  • At least one Engagement campaign must have run using the Total Engagement or Engagement + Drivers survey option.

Steps

  1. Click Insights Dashboard in the left-hand navigation.
  2. Select Outcomes Dashboard.
  3. Scroll down to the Data Insights section.
  4. Locate the Compensation Fairness insight card.
  5. To filter results, use the filter controls at the top of the dashboard.
  6. Select Groups to filter by manager teams or departments.
  7. Select Attributes to filter by tenure, gender, or other attributes.
  8. Select Outcomes to filter by employee segments such as high performers or disengaged employees.

If Something Goes Wrong

Issue Check Fix
Compensation Fairness insight is blank after applying a filter The filtered group may fall below the minimum confidentiality threshold for engagement surveys Expand the filter to include a larger group, or verify that enough employees in that group completed the engagement survey
Compensation Fairness insight card does not appear Prerequisites may not be met Confirm a compensation review cycle has run and an eligible Engagement campaign has been completed
Filters return no results Selected group may have no compensation or engagement data Remove one filter at a time to identify which group has missing data
