Filter options on the HR Outcomes Dashboard

The HR Outcomes Dashboard displays workforce data across engagement, performance, and retention in a single view. These filters let HR Admins and Account Admins narrow dashboard data to specific teams, cohorts, or outcome levels.

Feature Structure

Filter by Group

The Groups filter narrows the dashboard to specific teams or organizational structures. Available options:

  • Individual manager teams
  • Manager hierarchies
  • Custom group types (departments, locations, functional areas)

Filter by Attribute

The Attributes filter segments the dashboard by cohorts of employees who share specific characteristics. Available options:

  • Demographic attributes (if enabled): Age, Ethnicity, Gender, Race
  • Default attributes: Job Title, Location, Hire Date
  • Custom attributes: Any custom attribute created and assigned to employees

Filter by Outcome

The Outcomes filter refines results by performance level or engagement level.

Performance (sourced from performance reviews):

  • Top performers
  • Mid performers
  • Bottom performers
  • Unmeasured

Engagement (sourced from Engagement campaigns):

  • Extremely engaged
  • Highly engaged
  • Moderately engaged
  • Disengaged
  • Highly disengaged
  • Unmeasured

Key Rules

  • Access to the HR Outcomes Dashboard is available on the Perform and Total Platform pricing packages only.
  • Only Account Admins and HR Admins with assigned dashboard access can apply these filters.
  • Demographic attribute filters appear only if demographic attributes have been enabled. Account Admins control which attributes are available as filter options at People > Attributes — toggle on Filter results by this attribute for each attribute to surface it as a filter option.
  • The Manager Effectiveness Indicator (MEI) data visible on the dashboard is subject to the same role-based access restrictions as the filter options above.
