Approve peer nominations for your team

Managers, review admins, and cycle collaborators can approve peer nominations for participants in an active review cycle. When a nomination is approved, the nominated peer receives an email notification to accept or decline.

Note: Your organization may have renamed this feature. If you don't see "Reviews" in your navigation, check with your admin for the name used in your account.

Before You Begin

Steps

  1. Go to Reviews in the left-hand navigation.
  2. Click the review cycle you want to manage.
  3. Click the Peer nominations tab.
  4. Use the search bar to find the participant whose nominations you want to manage.
  5. Click the arrow to the right of the participant's name to expand their peer list.

To approve all pending nominations at once:

  1. Click Approve all to the right of the participant's name.

To approve nominations one at a time:

  1. Click the down arrow next to the participant's name to expand individual peer options.
  2. Click Approve next to the peer's name.
Note: Before approving, hover over a peer nominee's avatar to see how many times they have been nominated and how many nominations they have accepted. This helps you decide whether to approve them.

When a nomination is approved, the peer receives an email from notifications@15five.com with the subject line "You've been nominated to review [participant name]."
