Managers can nominate peers to review their direct reports during an active review cycle. When complete, nominated peers appear in the participant's peer nomination list and receive an email notification.
> Note: This article applies to review cycles that include participant-initiated peer reviews. If the steps below do not match what you see in the product, your cycle may use peer-initiated peer reviews instead. See [What is the difference between participant-initiated and peer-initiated peer reviews?] for details.
Before You Begin
- The review cycle must be active and include a peer review type.
- Your direct report must be a participant in the cycle.
Steps
- Go to Reviews in the left-hand navigation.
- Click the name of the review cycle.
- Click the Peer nominations tab. The Manage peers for your team page opens.
- Click Add peer to the right of the participant you want to nominate peers for.
- Select the names of the people you want to nominate as peers.
- Click Confirm.
The nominated peers receive an email from notifications@15five.com with the subject line: "You've been nominated to review [participant name]."
