Account Admins and Direct Managers can assign a default additional manager to any individual from that person's account settings page. The assigned person is automatically included as an additional manager in every review cycle that individual participates in.
Before You Begin
- You must assign the default additional manager before the review cycle launches. Assignments made after a cycle starts do not apply to that cycle.
- Only one default additional manager can be assigned per person.
- You must have Account Admin access or be the person's Direct Manager in 15Five.
Steps
- Click People in 15Five's left-hand navigation.
- Click the person's name to open their account settings page.
- Scroll down to the Account settings section.
- Locate the Additional Manager field.
- Click the dropdown and select the person to assign as the default additional manager.
- Click Save at the bottom of the page.
If Something Goes Wrong
