If Something Goes Wrong
| Issue | Check | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Engagement tab not visible to a role after saving | Confirm the role was selected under Feature Access | Return to the Access tab, select the role, and save |
| Confidentiality threshold change not reflected in results | Confirm the Save button was clicked after selecting the new value | Re-select the threshold and click Save |
| Open-ended feedback visible to users who should not see it | Check the Feedback visibility setting | Set Feedback visibility to Admins only and save |
