Configure engagement feature access and results visibility settings

The Access tab controls which roles can navigate to Engagement. The Results visibility tab controls confidentiality thresholds and who can see open-ended feedback.

Before You Begin

You must have HR Admin or Account Admin access in 15Five.

Steps

Open Engage settings

  1. Click the Settings gear in the bottom-left corner of your 15Five account.
  2. Select Features from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click Engage to open its settings.

Configure the Access tab

  1. Select the Access tab.
  2. Under Feature Access, select the roles that can access the Engagement tab in main navigation.

Configure the Results visibility tab

  1. Select the Results visibility tab.
  2. Under Confidentiality rule, select the minimum number of survey respondents required to display group results — choose 3, 4, or 5 (default is 5).
  3. Click Save to apply the confidentiality threshold.
  4. Under Manager visibility to hierarchy results, toggle the setting on or off.
  5. Under Enable filtering by manager/hierarchy groups, toggle managers and/or hierarchies on or off independently.
  6. Under Feedback visibility, select Admins only or Everyone with results access.

If Something Goes Wrong
