Edit or delete a High Five

All roles can edit or delete a High Five they have given. When complete, the edited or deleted High Five is reflected immediately in the High Fives feed.

Before You Begin

  • You can only edit or delete High Fives you have given — not High Fives given by others.
  • Requires access to the High Fives feature. Contact your admin if High Fives does not appear in your navigation.

Edit a High Five

  1. Go to High Fives in the left-hand navigation.
  2. Locate the High Five you want to edit.

> Note: To find High Fives you have given, set the People filter to your name and the High Fives filter to High Fives given by.

  1. Click Edit below the High Five.
  2. Update the content as needed.
  3. Click Save.

The recipient receives a new notification that they received a High Five.

Delete a High Five

  1. Go to High Fives in the left-hand navigation.
  2. Locate the High Five you want to delete.
  3. Click Delete below the High Five.
  4. Click Confirm in the confirmation dialog.

The High Five is removed from 15Five immediately. If the recipient has email or Slack notifications enabled, they can still view the original High Five in their notification, but cannot access it in 15Five.

> Note: If you intended to send a private High Five, delete the High Five and then give a new one from within a Check-in. Private High Fives can only be given from within a Check-in. See for instructions.

If Something Goes Wrong

Recipient reports they cannot find the High Five after you deleted it The recipient may be looking in 15Five rather than their notification Confirm the High Five was deleted — it will no longer appear in the feed. The original notification email or Slack message remains visible to the recipient but the High Five is not accessible in 15Five
Changes are not visible after clicking Save The page may not have refreshed Reload the page and locate the High Five in the feed to confirm the updated content appears
