Enable SCIM in 15Five and generate an access token

Enable SCIM 2.0 in your 15Five account settings and generate the OAuth access token required to complete Okta configuration.

Before You Begin

  • You must have Account Admin access with permission to Manage integrations.
  • If you plan to use Okta for SSO, complete SSO setup before continuing.

Steps

  1. Click the Settings gear in the bottom-left corner of 15Five.
  2. Select Integrations from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click Enable to the right of the SCIM 2.0 option.
  4. Check the box next to Enabled.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Click Generate OAuth token.
  7. Copy the access token that appears — you will need it when configuring Okta.

If Something Goes Wrong

Issue Check Fix
Enable button is missing next to SCIM 2.0 Confirm your account role has Manage integrations permission Ask your Account Admin to grant Manage integrations access
Generate OAuth token button does not appear Confirm the Enabled checkbox was saved successfully Repeat steps 4–5, then refresh the page before clicking Generate OAuth token
Access token is not visible after generation Check for a browser extension blocking the display Disable ad blockers or copy-protection extensions, then regenerate the token
