Manager Copilot lets managers draft or refine a High Five using 15Five AI. There are three ways to use this capability: generate a High Five from a Check-in, generate one from the High Fives feed, or improve a draft you have already written.
Feature Structure
Manager Copilot surfaces in two locations for High Fives:
- Check-ins — a Draft High Five button appears in the Give a High Five section near the bottom of your Check-in
- High Fives feed — a Draft High Five button appears in the Give a High Five section on the High Fives dashboard
In both locations, a separate Improve High Five option lets you submit a draft you wrote and receive AI-generated suggestions before sending.

Key Rules
- Transform seat required. The Draft High Five and Improve High Five options do not appear if you do not hold a Transform seat.
- Total Platform package required. This feature is available only to organizations on the Total Platform pricing package.
- High Fives generated via Check-in are sent when the Check-in is submitted — not immediately.
- High Fives generated via the High Fives feed are sent when you click High Five!.
- Private High Fives do not appear in the High Fives feed after sending.
