Job responsibilities in the Role Clarity tab list the duties from a direct report's job description. Employees rate each responsibility by how energizing they find it after you add them.
Before You Begin
- Career Hub must be enabled for your organization by an account administrator.
- You can only edit responsibilities you added. Responsibilities added by an account administrator cannot be edited.
Steps
Add a responsibility
- Click Career Hub in the left-hand navigation bar.
- Under Team, click the direct report's name to open their Career Hub.
- Click the Role Clarity tab.
- Scroll down to the Job responsibilities section.
- Click + Add responsibility in the top right corner of the section.
- Enter the responsibility as written in the employee's job description.
- Click Submit.
- Repeat steps 5–7 until all responsibilities are listed.
Edit a responsibility
- Click Career Hub in the left-hand navigation bar.
- Under Team, click the direct report's name to open their Career Hub.
- Click the Role Clarity tab.
- Scroll down to the Job responsibilities section.
- Click ... to the left of the responsibility you want to change.
- Select Edit from the dropdown menu.
- Make your changes, then click Update.
Remove a responsibility
- Click Career Hub in the left-hand navigation bar.
- Under Team, click the direct report's name to open their Career Hub.
- Click the Role Clarity tab.
- Scroll down to the Job responsibilities section.
- Click ... to the left of the responsibility you want to remove.
- Select Delete from the dropdown menu.
If Something Goes Wrong
