Account Admins can configure which notifications 15Five sends company-wide and who controls each notification. When complete, the Notifications tab reflects your saved toggle and Managed by selections for each feature area.
Before You Begin
- You must have Account Admin access to Company settings.
Steps
- Go to Settings > Company settings.
- Click the Notifications tab.
- Click the arrow to the right of a feature section name to expand it.
- Each section corresponds to a feature area: Check-ins, Reviews, Feedback, or Objectives.
- Click the toggle under Enabled to turn a notification on or off.
- The following Check-in notifications are enabled by default: - When my Check-in is due - One day before my Check-in is due - When my Check-in is reviewed - When someone submits a Check-in for my review
- Select a value under Managed by for each notification:
- Company — Admins control this setting; it applies to all users. - User — Each individual can customize this notification in their own account. - 15Five — Managed by 15Five; cannot be changed by admins or users.
- Review the Delivery channel column to confirm how each notification is sent:
- Email — Delivered to the user's inbox. - Slack — Sent via the Slack integration, if enabled. - SMS — Sent as a mobile alert, if enabled for your account.
- Click Preview to the right of any notification to view its content before enabling.
After You Finish
Confirm your changes are saved by reviewing the Notifications tab. Each notification reflects the toggle state and Managed by value you selected.
If Something Goes Wrong
