Control which 15Five events send you a Slack notification by updating your settings inside the 15Five Slack app.
Before You Begin
- The 15Five app must already be added to your Slack account.
- Your Slack account and 15Five account must use the same email address.
Steps
- Open your Slack account and go to the Apps section in the left sidebar.
- Click 15Five to open the app.
- Click the dropdown menu icon at the top of the 15Five app panel.
- Select My settings from the dropdown.
- Review the list of available 15Five notification types.
- Toggle each notification type on or off based on your preference.
- Save your changes if prompted.
If Something Goes Wrong
