This article resolves two failure states in the Microsoft Teams integration for High Fives: the 15Five app not appearing in Teams, and the "Uh oh! Something went wrong" error.
Diagnose
Check 1: App not visible in Microsoft Teams → Confirm the integration is enabled in 15Five by going to Settings > Integrations and checking the Microsoft Teams status. → If enabled: the issue is on Microsoft's side — see Fix 1 below. → If not enabled: follow the steps in Enable the Microsoft Teams integration for High Fives (Admin).
Check 2: "Uh oh! Something went wrong" error in Teams → Go to Settings > Feature Settings > High Fives in 15Five. → If High Fives is disabled: see Fix 2 below. → If High Fives is enabled: check whether the High Five Feed toggle is also on — see Fix 2 below.

Fix 1 — 15Five app not appearing in Microsoft Teams
The integration is enabled on the 15Five side. The issue is with your organization's Microsoft Teams configuration.

Fix 2 — "Uh oh! Something went wrong" error
- Go to Settings in 15Five.
- Select Feature Settings from the dropdown.
- Click High Fives.
- Confirm the High Fives feature is enabled.
- Confirm the High Five Feed toggle is enabled.
- Return to Microsoft Teams and refresh the 15Five tab.
What Resolution Looks Like
- Fix 1: The 15Five app appears in the Microsoft Teams app bar and loads the High Fives feed.
- Fix 2: The Teams tab displays the High Fives feed without an error message.
